Tuesday
and Thursday - 5:15am
(at Woodridge Baptist Church),
Dates:
August 31 -
September 23: 4 weeks (8 sessions)
September 28 -
October 21: 4 weeks (8 sessions)
October 26 -
November 18: 4 weeks (8 sessions)
Equipment
Needed:

2 sets of
dumbbells: 8# and 10# for women; 15# and 20# for men
Stability ball:
55cm for 5'6" and under;
65cm for 5'7" to 6'1";
75cm for 6'2" and over
Exercise mat
Water and towel
No doubt, you will want to
maximize your efforts. I have put together a few tips, tricks and tools to get
you going in the right direction.
